Fatso Hard® Kitchen, The Name
Fatso Hard Kitchen was born from family, memory, and love. Raised by grandparents after losing her mother as a child, Chef Wanda grew up surrounded by uncles who became father figures. One uncle, tall and unforgettable, earned the nickname “Fatso” a name that later came to her in a dream and became our brand.
Today, Fatso Hard Kitchen carries forward that spirit of love, resilience, and connection. Every dish we create is part of a legacy that proves food is more than sustenance it’s family, tradition, and belonging.
